La Balada is a artisan pastry shop from Alhama de Granada, well known because the traditional sweets called “Almendradas”, wich could be translated like “with almonds” because it has almonds and it looks like almonds.
Actually the pastry shop is managed by a young from Alhama de Granada, and he came to explain how he continues with the familiy business and try to innovate new ways to promote their products.
